The city of Seclin's app for young people aged 16 to 25

Tech Stack
The Challenge
Move a live public-sector app (API, dashboard, files) from managed hosting to a self-managed server, switch to the official domain and keep legacy URLs working, with no visible interruption for young users or the city.
The Solution
Docker Compose stack with Traefik, separate routers for legacy and new domains so certificates issue before the DNS cutover, images built on GHCR, RSS import cron, scheduled news publishing with a dashboard badge, and a clean shutdown of the Vercel deployments.
Key Features
Deferred publishing with a dashboard badge
Cron script feeding the news section
Vercel to Docker/Traefik, zero-downtime domain switch
Next.js for the city teams
Files and images served behind Traefik
1.x versions shipped on both stores
