The Challenge
Take over an app already in production with paying users, modernise it visually without breaking anything, evolve the business model (free trial, store subscriptions) and secure a fragile hosting setup, all without downtime.
The Solution
Screen-by-screen redesign from Figma with progressive releases, RevenueCat integration for subscriptions and version-gated free trial, conversion tracking, richer CRM for dietitians (automatic translation of recommendations, per-client menu edits). Self-managed hosting on a Linux VPS: Docker Compose, Traefik + Let's Encrypt, GHCR images built by GitHub Actions, database backups.
